Patents of which dr. Bosio is co-inventor are in the field of the production of thin film solar cells based on CdTe / CdS and CuInGaSe2 / CdS. The exploitation of these patents, Dr. Bosio's experience in the field of second-generation photovoltaics and his active participation in a technology transfer project led to the creation of a photovoltaic industry, Arendi SpA, exploiting the technology of thin films polycrystalline based on CdTe / CdS.
