Analysis methodologies for single-molecule imaging

Following a theoretical and practical approach, the main single-molecule imaging techniques (single-molecule localization microscopy and single particle tracking) will be presented, together with the corresponding analysis procedures, both for basic analysis and for quantitative imaging (molecule counting and cluster analysis).
