Competitive call for the awarding of research prizes, funded by ACRI (Association of Foundations and Banks Savings SpA) through the Young Investigator Training Program (YITP) 2019, in the framework of the of the XV Congress of the Italian Society for Applied and Industrial Mathematics - SIMAI 2020+21 - which will take place at the University of Parma from 30 August to 03 September 2021.The awards are intended for young scholars currently affiliated to foreign Research Centers who will have to attend the SIMAI 2020+21 Congress by presenting a scientific contribution in the YITP Minisymposium and to spend at least one month in one of the qualified Italian institutions affiliated to the Program, carrying out collaborative research activities exclusively, not supported by other funding. The month of stay can be divided into several periods and must be carried out by 30 November 2021.The prizes, which will be awarded by the Department of Mathematical, Physical and Computer Sciences of the University of Parma, will consist of a contribution, intended as gross amount and inclusive of any charges required by current regulations, of 3000 euros for researchers coming from the European area and 4000 euros for researchers coming from the non-European area.
